Mayor Derek CorriganBurnaby Council has assembled a blue-ribbon panel to develop an exemplary Social Sustainability Strategy, selecting members for their: commitment to social issues; broad and balanced base of experience; belief in Burnaby's potential; and willingness to contribute to and advocate on behalf of the community. With significant opportunities for public involvement, Committee members will draw on the energy, creativity and innovation of all Burnaby citizens. I look forward to working with them to develop a Social Sustainability Strategy for Burnaby that will benefit all residents of our city.
