Multi-family Recycling

The City's recycling program includes collection from multi-family dwellings (condos, townhouses and apartment complexes). For information on setting up recycling in your complex, phone 604-294-7972.

Multi-family Garbage Collection

The City offers a garbage collection service to multi-family buildings. There are two types of containers used for Multi-family garbage collection: 1) Light commercial receptacle (automated collection service or 2) Municipal receptacle. Multi-Family Yard Waste Collection

Yard and garden waste collection isn't just for single family homes. The City can provide yard and garden waste collection service for multi-family units. Contact the City's Recycling Line at 604.294.7972 for information on how to start yard waste collection at your complex.

Reminders:

  • You can also drop off yard waste year round at the Yard Waste Drop-off Centre. Charges are based on weight. Cash only.
  • Christmas trees are collected on designated days in January. Please monitor the City's website for instructions on how to place your tree out for collection. Christmas trees can be brought to the City's Yard Waste Depot after Christmas.
