Utility Statement Due Date
2010 Utility Charges are due on March 15, 2010. Payment made by March 15 will be  eligible for a 5% discount. Unpaid utility charges will be added to the 2010 Property Tax Statement.

Burnaby's 2010 Provisional Financial Plan
As Burnaby grows and develops, the demands for increased policing and fire protection, upgraded water and sewer infrastructure, and new parks, recreation and other facilities continue to increase. These challenges are compounded by the downturn in the economy, the need to honour contract wage increases, maintain service delivery and upgrade and replace aging equipment and facilities.
